5 from 1 review

Deliciously, soft and chewy, chocolate, white chocolate chip cookie is the most flavorful cookie you will ever have. When you want to try something new this cookies is definatly it. It will be your families new fav!

  • Total Time: 8 minutes
  • Yield: 48 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 C Salted Butter (room temp)
  • 1 1/4 C Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1 Large egg + 1 Egg yolk (room temp)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 C Guittard White Chocolate Chips

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 C Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  2. In a medium size bowl sift to combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine room temp butter and sugars and mix well with a hand mixer.
  4. Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla and mix well until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredient mixture to wet ingredients, mixing well between each addition.
  6. Add white chocolate chips and mix well.
  7. For larger cookies, cook for 10-12 minutes.
  8. For smaller cookies, cook for 8-9 minutes. (I love smaller ones, and use a 2 tbsp cookie scoop or the small sized)
  9. Let the cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack and ENJOY!

Notes

Cookies may seem slightly under cooked and that is OK because when they stand on the baking sheet they will continue to cook.

Optional: If you would like to create a bakery style cookie, you may add additional white chips to the top of your dough balls before placing them in the oven or even after.
